FAQ - Advertisers

Q.	How long will my listing appear on the directory?
A.	One full year. About a month prior to your listing expiration date you will receive a renewal email.
Q.	How often can I edit or add zip codes and cities to my listing?
A.	As often as you like. Just login to your account and make any necessary changes.
Q.	How soon will the changes to my listing take effect?
A.	Almost immediately.
Q.	I don’t like using my credit card online. Can I mail in my payment?
A.	Yes. Click here for payment and mailing address. Once payment is received please allow 3-5 business days for your listing to appear on the directory.
Q.	Can I cancel or have my listing deleted?
A.	Yes. At anytime you may request to have your listing removed from the directory. There are no refunds for early cancellations.

FAQ - Pet Owners

Q.	How come there are no results for pet sitters in my town?
A.	Not all areas have pet sitters listed. Please try another town or zip code near you.
Q.	Are all the pet sitters listed in this directory insured and bonded?
A.	Most pet sitters are insured. Please view the pet sitter's detailed listing for more information.
Q.	Can I place an ad on findmeapetsitter.com seeking a pet sitter?
A.	Not at this time. The directory is primarily used to find pet sitters, dog walkers, house sitters, etc.
